healthcare visits along with other various public health services.
Current Fee Schedule
Adult Hepatitis B - $25.00 each (3 required)
Adult Hepatitis A - $25.00 each (2 required)
Influenza - $5.00 (can vary)
Adult Pneumococcal - $5.00 (can vary)
TB tests - $5.00

Immunization Schedule 2010
Clinics will be held 9-11 A.M. All dates are subject to change. No appointment is necessary. No one is refused vaccinations due to inability to give a donation. A $3.00 donation is requested. All children under 18 years of age are required to have parent/guardian present.
