The following dates and times have been added to the schedule for summer 2012:
July 2nd & 3rd
(from 12 PM to 6 PM for these 2 clinics only!)
All clinics are walk-in only---no appointments necessary.
A $3.00 donation per child is requested for all childhood vaccines. (No one is ever turned away for inability to donate.)
All recommended childhood vaccines are offered at our monthly childhood immunization clinics - including the additional summer clinics. An up-to-date shot record is required in order to administer immunizations to anyone. Vaccines are offered to ages 1 month thru 18 years at these clinics. All children under 18 years of age are required to have parent/guardian present.
We do not give vaccines to anyone 19 years or older at our immunization clinics. If you have a high school student that is 19 or older, please contact us to inquire about vaccines that are needed, costs, availability, and appointment scheduling.

We accept payment with cash or check (with proper ID) only. No credit/debit cards.
