The Southeast Regional Community Corrections (SERCC) regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The building is closed from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. for lunch and also all county holidays.
Certain positions require alternative work hours due to program activities and monitoring that is required outside of the typical business day. Each staff member will have an assigned schedule based on the needs of the department. The Executive Director, Program Coordinator or Field Officer Supervisor are on call 24 hours 7 days per week.
